Amunet has spent most of her adult life working in the knowledge and personal development industry, coaching, teaching and presenting. Her keynote presentation is entitled 'Relax into your destiny'. Amunet's research interests includes, horology the study of time, African Indigenous Knowledge Systems (AIKS) and personal development.Amunet has found her reason for being here and she is on a mindfulness mission to help others to do the same.
